PPD INSULTANDO A LOS CONTRIBUYENTES

«El ladrón juzga por su condición»: PARTIDO POPULAR LLAMA «CHANCHULLEROS» Y «APROVECHAOS» A LOS CONTRIBUYENTES Y COMERCIANTES PUERTORRIQUEÑOS Hoy, en una entrevista en WapaRadio 680, la secretaria de Hacienda, Melba Acosta, expresó el atraso en el pago de los reintegros se debió a que Puerto Rico está lleno de CHANCHULLEROS… Mientras eso ocurría, el asesor económico del gobierno, Juan Lara, le comentaba a la publicación de asuntos económicos Sin Comillas, que el impacto adverso a los revendedores de los cambios al Código de Rentas Internas no hubiese ocurrido si los comerciantes no fueran tanAPROVECHAOS…   Para el PPD, te mereces que te saquen del bolsillo más de $2,000 millones en impuestos anualemente, porque según ellos, tú eres «CHANCHULLERO» Y «APROVECHAO».   Dicho por los dos arquitectos principales de los más de $2,000 millones anuales que te impusieron en impuestos y contribuciones.  Melba Acosta, a quien le aumentaron el sueldo a más de $200,000 anuales, y Juan Lara, el economista a sueldo del partido popular que en lo que va del año ya va por más de $378,000 en contratos: Mientras se meten en el bolsillo más de medio millón de dólares anuales, a ti te dicen aprovechao y chanchullero… Para el PPD: si eres policía, eres «corrupto»; si eres PNP, eres «batata»; si eres Juez, eres «enemigo»; si eres comerciante, eres «aprovechao»; si eres contribuyente, eres «chanchullero». ineptitud es «error humano» y gobernar es «improvisar».   ESO ES LO QUE DE VERDAD PIENSAN DEL PUEBLO DE PUERTO RICO.

Where federal taxes are raised and spent

SOME American states receive more in federal spending than they pay in federal taxes; others receive less. Over twenty years these fiscal transfers can add up to a sizeable sum. From 1990 to 2009, the federal government spent $1.44 trillion in Virginia but collected less than $850 billion in taxes, a gap of over $590 billion. But relative to the size of its economy, Virginia derived a smaller benefit from America’s fiscal union than states like New Mexico, Mississippi and West Virginia, where the 20-year transfer exceeded 200% of their annual GDP. Transfers to Puerto Rico, which is a US territory not a fully incorporated state, exceeded 290%. Where did these transfers come from? New York transferred over $950 billion to the rest of America’s fiscal union from 1990 to 2009. But relative to the size of its economy, Delaware made the biggest contribution, equivalent to more than twice its 2009 GDP. These calculations are based on tax figures provided by the Internal Revenue Service (which used to bracket Washington, DC, with Maryland) and federal spending numbers provided by the Census Bureau, which ignores spending on international programmes and interest payments.
