TO :
THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS AND
ALL CONGESSMAN INVOLVED
WASHINGTON, DC
“We have a Dream” , yes the majority of the U.S. Citizens of
Puerto Rico has a Dream. A Dream that will determine once
and for all, that the great Nation of The United States of America
will accept Puerto Rico as the 51st state of The United States of
America. This single act of acceptance will tell the whole World
and the world’s Latin community that The U.S. finally overcame
the last traces of racisms that kept the Nation divided in the past.
If The United States wants to lead by example as f the most democratic
Nation in the whole World, then will have to demonstrate that not
only will liberate Puerto Rico from its Colony status, it will accept
Puerto Rico and its U.S. citizens as the 51st state of the Nation.
Puerto Rico deserves it. Puerto Rico has earned.
It is time to make History. So Make History.
Prove the World that you, The Congress of the U.S.
Is and inclusive Nation, not an exclusive one.
Signed by
Rafael E. Rodriguez
U.S. citizen born in Puerto Rico
and living in Puerto Rico and
Proudly served in The U.S. Army.
