La respuesta de Puerto Rico al Censo de Población ha aumentado dramáticamente desde el 21 de agosto cuando levantamos la voz de alarma a los funcionarios públicos, legisladores y alcaldes sobre el bajo nivel de respuestas alcanzado a aquel momento, (32%). El pasado jueves, 17 de septiembre, faltando 11 dias para la hora cero, el nivel de respuesta estaba en 96.5%. Gracias a los ciudadanos, a los alcaldes que se movilizaron y a los medios de comunicación que difundieron el mensaje de alarma.
